Perfect cake for me so far. Light tasting (not too sweet) icing. Lots of fresh strawberries in between the 2 layers of sponge cake. The light cream and strawberries perfectly match the fluffy sponge cake.

I'm a strawberry fan and this is by far the best strawberry shortcake i've tasted. Not too sweet, light and the fruit is sooo fresh. It was so good i kept stuffing my stomach with it until i feel like drowning LOL.
