One of my go to pandan layer cakes

Best when chilled. Love the coconut shavings on top giving it an extra crunch. One of the few pandan layer cakes go to for me. Light and fluffy, not too sweet.

My niece favourite cake

My niece will always order this cake. It's so fluffy and less cream. So just nice. My niece loves it so much.
