Why Coloured Fruit Is Not Just Delicious To Eat, It Comes With Great Benefits too!

Red and orange coloured fruits are not only delicious, they also pack a powerful punch of nutrition. These vibrant colored fruits are rich in antioxidants and vitamins, making them a great addition to any diet.

Some popular red & orange fruits include strawberries, raspberries, cherries, red apples, oranges, tangerines, and clementines. These fruits are high in Vitamin C, which is essential for maintaining a healthy immune system. As it’s Chinese New Year season now there will be plenty of mandarin oranges for everyone to enjoy!

In addition to their nutritional benefits, red and orange fruits are also versatile in the kitchen. They can be eaten fresh, juiced or added to salads, pies, and jams. They also make great toppings for cereal, yogurt, and ice cream. (Note: Boss Patrina’s personal favorite is adding strawberries to overnight oats!)
