Delivery & Returns

Every item and product on Tedboy is either handcrafted and baked fresh when you order or produced in limited quantities (especially customised orders), so in some instances, same day delivery is not available. Tedboy and our team of partners take enormous pride in every product that we offer, and we strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date.

While there are many things we do to avoid the risks of delivering fresh throughout Klang Valley, there are unfortunately some things out of our control such as weather and traffic conditions during peak hours.

 

Delivery Policy

Upon ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Tedboy regarding your order details (as long as you have provided correct email address). Usually, we will confirm the receipt of your order within the same day of order by email. If you haven't rceived the confirmation email, kindly check your spam box or text us at 018-3929932.

Our delivery services are our own delivery staff, our partner GoGet and other third-party alternatives. We will attempt to send your order on your requested delivery date and time, however there is no 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on the dot of your requested time. We advise customers to select the available time slots, as we will not be able to fulfill earlier than 10am deliveries (depending on location and item)

Tedboy is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high order volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate shipping information. Tedboy is not responsible for misdelivery or unsuccessful delivery due to misinformation given by customer (Information such as delivery address / contact number / unresponsive calls or text upon delivery).

Re-Delivery

Redelivery may incur additional charges borned by customers. We may leave your order at an address eventhough there is no respond from the recipient to accept the delivery. Second attempt delivery will not be attempted unless requested and delivery fee will be charged separately.

Customers are responsible for checking all the shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. Should there be any changes within the order, kindly email us at manager@tedboy.com with your order number for our team to make necessary amendments. Change of address after submission of order may required additional delivery fee charges should the area be different from initial address.

Cancellation and Retunds, Adjustments on Order

There are no returns or cancellations allowed on any orders once it has been shipped. In case of any amendments to the shipping details (recipient, date, time, address, contact number), kindly contact us at 018-3929932 or onlineorders@tedboy.com. Any adjustments for the order must be made at least 72hours (3 days) before delivery, and subjected to case by case basis.

All orders are shipped via Tedboy team, GoGetters (GoGet) or other third-party delivery service. Tedboy may hire other alternative 3rd party delivery service to deliver you order.

Kindly note that there may be additional charges for door-to-door delivery service. Applicable to high rise buildings or offices. 

Same-day Delivery Policy

Kindly allow 5hours lead time for order preparation. Please place your order before 11.59 AM. Please check with our team at 018-3929932 or onlineorders@tedboy.com for confirmation on available products for same day delivery.

Refund & Returns Policy

All items are final sale.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to us within 24 hours time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. 

My product(s) arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us at manager@tedboy.com. Please include your: Order Number, The Name Of Product, and tell us about the damage or defect.

Alternatively, you can submit a ticket on your order if you are a registered user on our website.

We understand that sometimes items get damaged and will work to resolve the situation quickly.

My product(s) arrived late. What do I do?

We do not provide 100% guarantee on the delivery of products to reach on the dot of your selected time eventhough we have taken precautions of high traffic into consideration. We thank you for your kind understanding.
