Requested for aglio olio shrimp without chili flakes for my 3 years old but received with chili flakes. Its spicy so no food for my 3 years old on her birthday. Haih disappointed

We have to reheat all the food. I've requested to deliver from 11.30am to 12.00pm but I got a call at 10.00am that my food will be delivered soon. Means, food was cooked at 9.30am?
